Details
Welcome to the world of Hunter's Riesling 2023, a wine that embodies the essence of family-owned wineries. This wine is a testament to the passion and dedication of the Hunter family, who have been producing exceptional wines for over 30 years.
The Hunter family's winery is located in the heart of Marlborough, New Zealand, where the cool climate and fertile soils provide the perfect conditions for growing grapes. The family's commitment to sustainability and quality is evident in every bottle of Hunter's Riesling 2023.
This youthful wine is bursting with fresh lime and citrus notes, with a hint of tropical fruit. Its light lemon-green colour is a visual delight, and the wine's long finish on the palate is nothing short of striking. The invigorating acidity of the wine supports its lively and crisp structure, making it a perfect choice for cellaring for 5 to 6 years.
The Hunter family's traditional winemaking process is a labour of love, with each grape carefully handpicked and sorted to ensure only the best make it into the bottle. The family's commitment to sustainability means that they use only natural methods to grow their grapes, ensuring that the land remains healthy and productive for generations to come.
When it comes to food pairings, Hunter's Riesling 2023 is a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes. Its fresh and zesty notes make it a perfect match for seafood, salads, and spicy Asian cuisine. It also pairs well with creamy cheeses and light desserts.
