We are wanting to update you on our ongoing challenges with the Omicron Variant.
The New Zealand Government’s Health protocols for family contacts to self-isolate are causing unprecedented disruption to workforces across the country.
While internally we are fortunate to still be able to pick and pack your orders on the day you place them, our suppliers are less fortunate. There are significant delays in the freight networks as I’m sure you are aware from media reports. All courier companies are working with a fraction of their normal staff resulting in significant delays in getting parcels delivered to many regions of the country.
The inevitable result of this crisis situation is we may be unable to deliver all orders placed over the next week in the normal time frames. Some regions may experience up to a weeks delay depending on courier staff available in each depot, so we ask you to be patient.
If your order is genuinely time sensitive, please let us know by email and we will do our best to prioritize it with the couriers.
To assist us please include your order number in the subject line with the word “urgent”. Please be assured we are committed to continuing to provide you with the best possible service we can through this challenging time.
