Looking for a wine that embodies the essence of a family-owned winery? Look no further than Cable Bay Rocky Vineyard Chardonnay 2019. This wine is the perfect choice for wine enthusiasts who appreciate the craft and community of smaller wineries.

Cable Bay is a family-owned winery that has been producing high-quality wines for over 20 years. The winery is located in the heart of Waiheke Island, New Zealand, and is known for its commitment to sustainability and traditional winemaking techniques.

The Rocky Vineyard Chardonnay 2019 is a testament to Cable Bay's dedication to quality. This wine is made using only the finest grapes, which are handpicked and carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 11 months, giving it a rich and complex flavor profile.

When it comes to taste, the Cable Bay Rocky Vineyard Chardonnay 2019 is a true standout. The wine has a beautiful golden color and a nose of ripe peach, nectarine, and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, with flavors of citrus, honey, and toasted oak. The finish is long and elegant, with a hint of minerality.

This wine is the perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, including roasted chicken, seafood, and creamy pasta dishes. It also pairs well with a variety of cheeses, including brie and camembert.
