This Sauvignon Blanc is more than just a wine - it's a work of art. Sourced from the Holdaway Family vineyard at Dillons Point, this single vineyard rendition is a classic expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. But what sets it apart is the complexity of texture and mineral drive that summons river stones and sea spray. The Holdaway family has been producing wine for generations, and their commitment to sustainability and quality is evident in every sip.

The traditional winemaking process used by the Holdaway family is a testament to their craft. This Sauvignon Blanc is 100% tank fermented, allowing the natural flavors of the grapes to shine through. The result is a wine that is focused and explosive on both nose and palate, yet remains elegantly balanced and distinctly salty. The subtle hint of oyster-shell adds a unique touch to the wine, making it a true standout.

When it comes to food pairings, this Sauvignon Blanc is incredibly versatile. It pairs perfectly with seafood, especially oysters and shellfish. It also complements salads, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes. The tasting notes of blackcurrant, guava, and passionfruit make it a refreshing choice for warm summer days, but it can also be enjoyed year-round.
