Angove McLaren Vale Shiraz 2020
Details
Welcome to the world of Angove McLaren Vale Shiraz 2020, a wine that embodies the rich heritage and traditional winemaking process of a family-owned winery. This deep purple wine with inkly blue hues is a testament to the passion and dedication of the Angove family, who have been producing wine for over 130 years.
The Angove family's winemaking journey began in 1886 when Dr. William Angove established a medical practice in South Australia. He soon discovered the therapeutic benefits of wine and began producing it for his patients. Today, the family's winery is run by the fifth generation of Angoves, who continue to uphold the family's legacy of producing high-quality, sustainable wines.
The McLaren Vale Shiraz 2020 is a prime example of the family's commitment to quality and sustainability. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small batches to ensure maximum flavor and complexity. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, giving it a rich, smooth finish.
When you take a sip of this wine, you'll be greeted with a burst of spice, cherry, and chocolate aromas. As you savor the wine, you'll notice the dark chocolate and liquorice characters that fill your mouth. The lingering tannins will leave you longing for more, making this wine the perfect accompaniment to a hearty meal.
